Payment for the rental of the hall must be made 30 business days in advance of the event.

There will be a $35 charge for any bad checks.

If payment for the hall does not clear and is not paid in full plus the fees, by cash, money order or cashiers check by 20 business days in advance of the event, the event will be cancelled and the security deposit will be kept.

There will be an additional charge of $75 per hour if event does not end at the time stated in the rental agreement - payable from the security deposit.

Must be made at time of reservation.

There will be no refund of the deposit in the case of cancellation on the part of the tenant after (1) week of when the reservation was made.

Security Deposit will be held and not cashed unless the terms of the rental are not met.

The same check that was given to WalNic's Place will be returned the next business day after the event, providing the hall has been cleaned and there are no damages:

If there is anything that is deducted from the security deposit, a check from WalNic's Place with the remaining amount will be issued back to the tenant within 10 business days from the time of event after security deposit check has cleared. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, tenant shall be held responsible and liable for all charged incurred and owners reserve the right to collect that amount by any means necessary.

If there will be alcohol served at an event, the tenant assumes all responsibility for the actions of their guests or attendees at their event and/or damages or nuisances caused by attendees at their event.

WalNic's Place requires that tenant rent super coolers from WalNic's Place for any beer kegs that tenant may have at their event for the amount of $10 each.

Tenant agrees that all measures necessary will be taken to insure that alcohol will not be served to anyone under age.

Tenant will remove any person in attendance an event that is deemed to be a nuisance or problem from the premises, and if tenant does not remove the person or persons, the owners reserve the right to call the police and have said person or persons removed from the premises.

WalNic's Place or it's owners will not and can not be held responsible or liable by any party for any situation resulting from the serving or consumption of alcohol at any event.

Smoking areas with ash trays are located outside the rear of the building.

The tenant is responsible to insure that attendees at their event who use these smoking areas are not causing nuisances or security risks to any of the neighboring businesses.

Tenant assumes all responsibility for any situation involving their guests or attendees at their event.

Tenant is also responsible for the clean up of the smoking areas, the removal of all cigarette butts and trash.

WalNic's Place or it's owners will not and can not be held responsible or liable by any party for any situation resulting from attendees at any event.
