Come to Walnic's! Our Friday Night Youth Dances For 6th, 7th & 8th grade middle school teens are now being held every other Friday night from 6:30 to 10pm at Walnic's in Raytown. All middle school students are invited to attend.

RULES & GUIDELINES
A PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST DROP
OFF EACH CHILD WHO WISHES TO ATTEND THE DANCE AT THE DOOR IN THE
BACK OF THE BUILDING. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED IF THEY ARRIVE AT THE
DANCE ON FOOT, BIKE OR SKATEBOARD.
Once an attendee is admitted, they will not be allowed to leave the
building, unless a parent comes to pick them up. Each child must
be picked up promptly at 10pm by parent or a responsible adult.
THE FOLLOWING DRESS CODE WILL BE ENFORCED:
If the child is deemed inappropriately dressed, he or she WILL NOT
be admitted and the owners reserve the right to confiscate anything
deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL BE
ENFORCED:
If any of these guidelines are broken, the child will be asked to call
his or her parent and will not be allowed to return until a suitable
agreement is reached between the parent and the owners. In severe cases,
we may be required to turn the child over to the police on hand.

Tips
to Parents
When picking up your child
arrive early and come inside. This helps reduce traffic congestion
and ensures you less waiting in pick-up line.
Remember dances always
end at 10pm. Kids sometimes request parents come later.
When coming to pick up
your child always enter the upper parking lot (old church lot)
and form a line headed east exiting lower lot onto Blue Ridge
Blvd
Your child's
safety
The safety of every child who attends Walnic's Youth Dances is of utmost
importance. In order to provide a safe environment for your children
Walnic's Place employs at least (2) paid security personnel in addition
to at least (1) Raytown Police Officer for every Youth Dance. Also
in attendance will always be 4 additional adult chaperones. The presence
of responsible adults helps us assure your child's safety.
Walnic's Place does NOT tolerate improper behavior from it's Youth
Dance attendees. Problem youth are promptly dealt with in accordance
to our policies and those of the Raytown Police Department. Walnic's
Place want all who attend our Youth Dances to enjoy themselves and
more importantly feel safe at Walnic's.
Walnic's Place would like to extend a welcome to parents who would
like to chaperone our Youth Dances. As always, parents are encouraged
to come inside and check out the scene.
